You may purchase the materials in advance and got them delivered to the job site, for example, or I can select and buy the materials for you and bring them to the site. The time I spent shopping and also delivering materials would be billed at the regular rate. Any materials I purchase and deliver would be billed at cost plus 10%. Large purchases of materials may also require an advance payment.
